ACCOMMODATION
Jock’s Cottage, named after Piet Jock, the son of the original farm owner and descendent of the Dullstroom’s founders, is a double story cottage that offers accommodation for up to six people in three bedrooms. The cottage was built in 1999, alongside the original Dullstroom Dam, established on the farm in 1958.
Guests can enjoy a lounge, complete with fireplace and open plan dining room and large kitchen, which lead out onto ample outdoor space, perfect for family picnics. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms upstairs, each have two single beds and a bathroom to share. The cottage is fully equipped with stainless steel kitchenware, coffee, tea, eiderdown duvets, an electric blanket in the main bedroom, towels and soap, and wood for the fireplace. The cottage is serviced once a day and you are invited to make use of Jock’s Cottages’ outside barbecue facility and covered parking.

Joe’s Place, named after Hanlie’s mother, Johanna, was originally the dairy and cow shed and has since been converted into four self-catering units, each offering accommodation ideal for 2 people sharing. All units have a veranda overlooking the breath-taking view of Dullstroom and the adjacent trout dams. Joe’s Place is the ideal place for couples to spend a romantic weekend, away from home. Each unit has been designed with its own unique theme and created with the comfort of our guest’s in mind.
Each luxurious, self-catering unit includes a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, and an open plan living room with a modern kitchenette. Each unit has its own fireplace. The cottage is fully equipped with stainless steel kitchenware, coffee, tea, eiderdown duvets, an electric blanket for the double bed, towels, soap, and wood for the fireplace. The bathrooms have either a bath or a shower. The cottage is serviced once a day and you are invited to make use of Joe’s Place’s outside barbecue facility.

Fine Feathers, is the old milk room that has been renovated into a luxurious cottage located next to Joe’s Place, and is the exclusive honeymoon suite at Jock’s Cottages.
Fine Feathers is a self-catering, open plan unit that includes a bedroom with a double bed, an open plan living room with a fully-equipped, modern kitchenette and a bathroom equipped with a shower and Jacuzzi,. Fine Feathers has a veranda that has a beautiful view on the surrounding landscape of Dullstroom
